Kanchipuram Narayani Silks is committed to ensuring full customer satisfaction with respect to the products available on our website, security & customer assistance. However, if you are not happy with the product, you can choose to return (or)Exchange the order.

In the unlikely event that the order delivered is in damaged condition, or otherwise, you can return the product unused and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging, along with the invoice, and get a refund. From the address you provide, our courier partner will pick up the order and deliver it to us.

Please note that shipments returned through any other logistics partner will not be accepted.

Return Charges

Customers need not pay shipping charges to return the product since our courier partner will collect it from the provided address (within India).

What is the process for requesting a refund?

Within 7 days of receiving the product, customers should contact Kanchipuram Narayani Silks customer support at 7842243222 or reachus@narayanisilks.in

Customers should not return the product before receiving a confirmation mail from Kanchipuram Narayani Silks about the same.

All the products must be returned in their original condition, unaltered and unused, in packed condition.The courier partner will not accept return shipments in case the package is not sealed by the customer.

Note: Upon receipt of the product, we will not entertain any requests after 7 days.

Refund

Once we receive the product, the refund will be processed. The product must be in unused condition, in its original packaging along with its original tags and invoice, otherwise the refund may not be processed.

In case the customer pays online then the amount will be refunded within 7-15 working days from the receipt of the returned product(s) at the warehouse of Kanchipuram Narayani Silks.

Exchange

A request for exchange of product(s) shall be made within 24 hours from the date and time it is delivered to the User.

As long as you meet the terms and conditions provided herein, the product(s) once sold and delivered may be exchanged for another product(s), subject to availability.

You may exchange the product(s) purchased if:

The product(s) delivered to User do not match the items in the order confirmation email.

The product(s) purchased by the User do not comply with the features of the product(s) listed on the Website.

We will process any exchange request made on damaged product(s).

Upon exchange, all products will be considered customized, and will not be eligible for further exchanges or refunds unless the company resends a faulty product or a product that is the wrong colour.
